The Cannes Yachting Festival 2026 will bring around 150 world premieres to the French Riviera from 8 to 13 September. These ten new boats and yachts are among the debuts worth adding to your visit list.

The 49th edition is expected to gather 700 boats from 5 to 50 metres, 680 exhibitors and approximately 56,000 visitors across the Vieux Port and Port Canto. The selection below spans dayboats, sailing yachts, catamarans, explorers and a solar-powered floating home.

Cannes Yachting Festival 2026: dates, venues and opening hours

  • Dates: Tuesday 8 to Sunday 13 September 2026.
  • Venues: Vieux Port de Cannes and Port Canto.
  • Expected fleet: 700 boats, including around 150 world premieres, from 680 exhibitors.
  • Opening hours: 10:00–19:00 Tuesday to Thursday and Saturday; 10:00–22:00 Friday; 10:00–18:00 Sunday.

The Vieux Port remains the main showcase for motor yachts and new models, while Port Canto hosts the sailing area and a broad selection of larger yachts. Visitors should allow enough time to move between both locations.

10 world premieres to see at Cannes 2026

1. Girbau Boats G31

The Spanish-built G31 is a 9.42-metre dayboat with a 2.95-metre beam. An infused hull, carefully finished details, integrated smart automation and an extended bathing platform update Girbau Boats’ Costa Brava character for the Power Boat Marina.

2. Caelum 1029 Oasis Meu Amor

At 11.99 by 4.99 metres, this Croatian two-storey floating house offers about 40 square metres of living space. Solar power and natural materials shape a compact alternative to a conventional yacht, displayed at stand PALAIS063.

3. RIBCO Venom 45 SC

RIBCO’s 13.40-metre flagship is a high-performance Greek dayboat built around a three-step hull by naval architect Lorne Campbell. Its 3.75-metre beam supports generous open-air living without losing the brand’s sporty focus.

4. Sarfnav AIR 77 Breathe Me

French designer Frédéric Sarfati’s 22.50-metre power catamaran uses mouldless epoxy-wood construction. With an exceptional 10.50-metre beam and roughly 85% of the yacht rebuilt, Breathe Me is one of the show’s most unconventional projects.

5. Sanlorenzo SHE

SHE launches Sanlorenzo’s Heritage range at 25.50 metres. Full-height glazing and a minimalist interior sit within a profile inspired by Italian neo-classical yachts of the 1960s, bringing vintage proportions into a contemporary package.

6. Grand Soleil Plus 80 LC

The 26.20-metre long-cruise sailing yacht is designed by Matteo Polli and carries a 40 kWh battery bank. It is the most ambitious model yet from Cantiere del Pardo and a major debut in the Port Canto sailing area.

7. Azimut Magellano 27M

Architect Michele De Lucchi’s first naval collaboration gives this 26.20-metre yacht an open loggia, pale woods, a pergola and a Mediterranean-patio atmosphere. Its 6.85-metre beam helps connect the interior with the sea.

8. Sunreef ULTIMA 88

The 26.80-metre ULTIMA 88 combines the volume and stability of a power catamaran with a sleeker, sportier profile. The 9.10-metre beam creates substantial living space; tennis champion Carlos Alcaraz is among the model’s announced owners.

9. ISA Viper 130

Designed by Fulvio De Simoni, the 38.80-metre Viper 130 pairs a carbon-composite hull with three MAN V12X-2200 engines for a claimed 35-knot top speed. A terraced cockpit and fold-down side balconies expand its waterside spaces.

10. Numarine 40MXP

This 39.42-metre steel explorer is designed for long-distance cruising, with a stated range of 6,000 nautical miles at 8 knots. Six cabins accommodate 12 guests, while the broad aft deck reflects the Mediterranean Explorer concept behind the MXP name.

Why design is central to this year’s show

This group illustrates how yacht design is moving in several directions at once: more efficient structures, flexible outdoor areas, residential comfort and renewed interest in classic profiles. According to festival director Sylvie Ernoult, design has become a strategic discipline capable of combining innovation, sustainability and emotion.
